Most orders ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once shipped.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact info@maisonglenn.com for return instructions.
All items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
